Today I had a presentation on Wiki, followed by hands-on training for the ICIMOD staffs. This was the third one, the previous two were carried out last week. During the presentation, the images of Wiki site was not quite clear, because of some problem in projector. I was apologizing again and again every time images appeared in the slides. I realized that I shouldn't repeat apology and yet I did. Later a veteran senior officer commented on this particular repetition of mine. He pointed that I should have dropped that image, and only one apology was enough. I will make sure that such action doesn't repeat later. The audience would definitely get bored to hear the same thing again and again. A lesson learned...
